March Gemstones and a few fun facts!

March actually has two birthstones! The first, and most well-known, is aquamarine. This beautiful gem gets its name from the Latin words for "water" and "sea" and comes in a range of blue and blue-green colors. Aquamarine is known for its clarity and is often associated with tranquility, purity, and happiness.
The other birthstone for March is bloodstone. This jasper variety is known for its deep green base with pops of red iron oxide, giving it a blood-like appearance. Bloodstone has a long history and has been associated with courage, strength, and good health.​
